We’d like to share the details of the 1.50 Update (25.09.25).
Developer Comment
The 1.50 update makes adjustments to hero playstyles based on position, as well as their risk and crisis management abilities.
Playstyle Adjustments by Position
Tank heroes are tuned to maintain their crowd control capabilities while sustaining prolonged engagements.
Melee damage dealers have been enhanced to strengthen their infiltration abilities.
Ranged damage dealers are adjusted to exert more pressure on enemies and push the frontline.
Risk and Crisis Management Adjustments
Heroes whose weaknesses were overly exposed have been supplemented with better crisis management tools in certain situations.
Heroes that could respond too easily to crisis situations have had some of their abilities adjusted.
Future Plans
In preparation for StormStriker’s upcoming major event, we will be conducting a focused, short-term analysis of your feedback after the 1.50 update and quickly reflecting it in a minor balance update to follow soon after.

To reduce situations where Maximus could secure eliminations with Verdict! alone, we’re slightly lowering its standalone damage while keeping the total damage of the Ironblood Retribution → Verdict! combo intact.Additionally, for the ultimate that combined high damage and strong crowd control, we’re shifting its focus more squarely toward crowd control.

Developer’s Notes
Shifu previously possessed too much safety, sustain, mobility, and damage all at once.We are keeping parts of his crowd control potential when used in a tanky role, but when played as a damage dealer, he should now be more exposed to danger.

Developer’s Notes
Warmonger was showing excessive mobility by chaining Titan Splash and Boulder Tackle together.
Boulder Tackle has been adjusted to serve mainly as a gap-closing movement skill—its travel distance has been increased, while its damage was reduced. When combined with Choke Slam, it should still enable highly effective collision plays.
Totem Buster has been enhanced with higher damage and extended range, making it more reliable as a finishing blow.
As for the ultimate, since it already includes cooldown resets and other powerful effects, we’ve reduced its damage to promote longer engagements in Royal Rumble matches.
Eveleen

Eveleen’s Exotic Matter and Accretion Disc are being restructured so that they are not meant to be used together, but rather as swap skills that can be strategically chosen and utilized in alignment with a single playstyle direction.
Akira
Skill Name Changes
Dimensional Slash → Demon Slash (Gwicheom)
Soul Snatch → Specter Slash (Gwiyoungicham)
Key Slot Changes
Specter Slash (Gwiyoungicham) is now applied to the R slot
New Skill — Specter Slash (Gwiyoungicham)
A strike that releases a demon spirit, dealing 50 damage.
The returning slash severs the enemy’s soul, applying a 70% slow and dealing 125 damage.
[Demonic Sword]: The demon spirit is released and retrieved more quickly.
Developer’s Notes
Akira’s Dimensional Slash has been renamed to align with the upcoming Demonic Sword (Gwigeom) skill series.The former Soul Snatch skill has been repurposed and revamped into Specter Slash (Gwiyoungicham).
Specter Slash, together with Demon Slash, is designed for zoning and seizing early engagement opportunities. Upon hit, it inflicts a powerful slow effect, creating an opening for Akira to chain into
Alice
Wind Slash (first strike dash distance): 400 → 375

Alice’s short hit-and-run movements have been tuned to reduce her ability to quickly enter the frontline, while enhancing her capacity to break through long distances in a single move, thereby strengthening her frontline disengagement potential.

Raki is being adjusted so that during combat, she can use her various skill movements to dodge enemy attacks while continuously casting Furry Flurry, allowing her to accumulate sustained damage over

To improve Lightning’s control convenience, additional key slot applications have been made.
The usability of Sword Dance (passive) has been clarified with the above changes:
Using Sword Dance cancels allow for faster movement and chaining than before.
Not using it introduces a risk of being caught by enemy attacks.
Additionally, Limit Break’s entry delay can now be canceled with Sword Dance, while its shield amount has been adjusted.
Al-Manat
Sand Slash dash distance: 1400 → 1550

Al-Manat’s infiltration capability via Sand Slash has been enhanced.

Rei is being shifted toward a more offensive role, with a reduced emphasis on defense.
Arctic Spike now has a piercing effect, improving her ability to counter multiple barriers and create impactful plays.
Glacial Explosion has been enhanced for easier wide-area damage and team-interruption potential.
Previously stackable defensive skills are now limited to a single choice, with improvements made to increase their effectiveness when used individually..
Lucy
Bloody Shot: added +10 center hit damage

Developer’s Notes
Lucy’s Bloody Shot now applies additional hits, slightly boosting both damage and sustain when the central projectile connects.
By enabling smoother chaining between Vermilion Void, Bloody Burst, and Bloody Shot, Lucy gains stronger burst damage potential.
We’ve also addressed a vulnerability where Lucy could be easily intercepted during her ultimate, providing her with slightly more resilience in such situations.
Teo
Pulse Mine damage: 200 → 150
Pulse Mine root duration: 0.75s → 0.5s
Pulse Mine cooldown: 14s → 7s
Pulse Mine cast speed: increased
Pulse Mine after-delay: reduced
Developer’s Notes
Teo’s Pulse Mine has been improved with two main purposes in mind:
Immediate response to nearby enemies through faster deployment.
Area control, enabling multiple Pulse Mines to be placed as a deterrent against enemy advances.
Narae

Divine Energy: toggle functionality applied

Developer’s Notes
To improve usability of Divine Energy, a toggle function has been added:
Clicking an ally will link Divine Energy to them.
Clicking outside the ally’s range will cancel the link.
We are aware that some StormStrikers may find this toggle function inconvenient, and we are working to provide an ON/OFF option in the near future.
As for Soul Force, we discovered certain system conflicts, so these adjustments will be rolled back.
Your valuable feedback will be carefully reflected in the design of future swap skills.
Electra
Encroaching Thorns knockback duration: 0.4s → 0.2s
Developer’s Notes
This adjustment ensures that opponents knocked back by Encroaching Thorns have more time to react, granting them an opportunity to counter Electra’s combo plays that revolve around Fountain of Blood.
Sabio
Rescue Grenade healing per second: 60 → 80
Rescue Grenade self-healing per second: 32 → 40
Developer’s Notes
We determined that Sabio’s healing potential showed clear limitations regardless of player mastery.
To address this, Rescue Grenade has been adjusted to provide stronger area-of-effect healing, compensating for shortcomings in large-scale team fight situations.

Increased maximum movement speed buff cap for all characters: 1.75 → 2.5 (up to 150% boost applied).
Fixed an issue where Shifu could not pre-cast barriers while using skills.
Fixed Warmonger’s Totem Buster slow effect applying 30% instead of 70%.
Fixed Eveleen’s Quantum Cube hit-freeze effect.
Fixed Eveleen’s Time Dilation movement speed increase applying as 25% instead of 40%.
Fixed Alice’s Divine Tempest sometimes applying abnormal damage.
Fixed Al-Manat’s Spirit of the Dune movement speed being applied as base speed increase instead of a buff.
Fixed Rei’s Frost Armor showing damage reduction/self-slow effect incorrectly as 90% instead of 70%.
Fixed Rei’s Glacial Explosion sometimes leaving residual effects when fired before charging.
Fixed Teo’s Pulse Rifle occasionally firing before being fully charged when used right after reload.
Fixed Teo’s Tactical Maneuver movement speed being applied as base speed increase instead of a buff.
Fixed Chloe’s Boing Boing, Horo Ball! causing Zoom Zoom, Horo Car! to disappear when chained.
Fixed Sabio’s Super Sabio Time! duration UI not displaying.
Fixed an issue where custom games set to private appeared as public after ending.
Fixed an issue where the redeploy function could be used while dead.
Fixed an issue where the redeploy function could not be used in certain cases.
Fixed an issue where ultimate gauge was charged after dying and respawning through redeploy at game start.
Changed hotkey settings so mouse wheel up/down can no longer be assigned.
Fixed grass in abnormal spots in Sanctuary of the Forsaken Volume map.
Fixed an issue where lobbies froze if time ran out in custom games without selecting a character.
Fixed an issue where Discord / tutorial rewards were not being granted.
System Updates
Added a Special Store tab to the shop.
The Special Store is a unique shop where items can be purchased using SC and CP.
Special packages and products will be gradually added through future updates.
Added spectator team chat functionality in custom games.
