1.54 Update

Hello, Storm Striker players!


We’d like to share details on the upcoming 1.54 Major Update scheduled for March 24, 2026.



Character Balance

Alice

  • Holy Chase cooldown reduced: 6s → 5s

  • Vortex Stinger camera lock removed

  • Vortex Stinger cancel delay reduced

  • Comment


    We want to make it easier to chain Vortex Stinger into other skills during close-range situations.

    We also want to compensate for the mobility spent when using Vortex Stinger offensively by increasing the usage frequency of Holy Chase.




Raki

  • Key slot changed

    • Kitty Step removed

  • Furry Flurry second hit now inflicts [Airborne]

  • Meow-ppercut airborne duration reduced: 0.65s → 0.5s

  • Kitty Rush now grants [Shield]

    (same effect as Kitty Step)

    By adding an airborne effect to the second hit of Furry Flurry, we wanted to make it easier to combo into Meow-ppercut on hit, or land the third hit of Furry Flurry more reliably.

    We also merged the effect of the previous Kitty Step into Kitty Rush to improve her survivability.



Rei

  • Key slot changed

    • Arctic Winds slot changed: R → E

    • Arctic Incantation slot changed: E → R

  • Frost Barrier duration increased: 3.25s → 4s

  • Frost Barrier startup delay removed → now casts instantly

  • Arctic Winds damage increased by 60

  • Arctic Winds now applies knockback

  • Arctic Winds shield duration reduced: 4s → 2s

  • Arctic Winds no longer grants shields to allies



  • Comment

    We improved Arctic Winds and moved Arctic Incantation to the R slot to expand Rei’s tactical options.

    Frost Barrier has been changed to cast instantly, allowing quicker responses to enemy threats.

    Arctic Winds now pushes back nearby enemies to help create some space in combat, and has been adjusted so it can also be used in short-range skirmishes with its shield effect and shorter recovery timing.



Lucy

  • Key slot changed

    • Scarlet Banish removed

  • New Skills

    • Blood Thirster

      • Bursts blood to deal damage and apply [Lifesteal]

    • Tepes

      • Causes blood spikes to erupt, dealing damage and inflicting [Airborne

      • On hit, the spikes knock enemies back, inflict [Airborne], and deal damage

  • Skill Name Change

    • Bloody Hunt → Fatality

  • Fatality Damage increased

  • Fatality Cooldown increased

  • Fatality Dash distance increased

  • Fatality Attack range increased

  • Fatality HP cost removed

  • Fatality Lifesteal removed

  • Fatality Recovery delay increased

  • Vermilion Void recovery delay reduced

  • Bloody Burst center damage reduced

  • Bloody Burst outer damage increased

  • Bloody Burst now has a sticking effect

  • After using Bloody Burst, the recovery delay of Fatality and Blood Thirster is reduced

    The former Bloody Hunt has been renamed Fatality and reworked so it functions as a decisive finishing attack rather than a mobility skill.

    Bloody Burst, which had been used as Lucy’s core damage skill, has been repositioned into more of a poke and combo-oriented tool.

    With its new sticking effect, Bloody Burst can now deal damage more reliably.

    The new skill Blood Thirster gives Lucy better sustain in extended fights through its AoE lifesteal effect, allowing her to stay in combat even without support from a healer.

    Tepes was designed to strongly shut down enemy movement in close-range engagements.



Theo

  • Pulse Mine changed from Bind → Knockback

  • Pulse Mine now includes a dash

  • Napalm Grenade recovery delay increased

  • Napalm Grenade now includes a backward dash

  • After using Reload, the recovery delay of Pulse Mine and Napalm Grenade is reduced

  • Tactical Maneuver movement speed reduced

  • Comment

    Overall, we improved Theo’s weaker moments while making sure his constant mobility does not become excessive.

    Pulse Mine has been adjusted so Theo can better respond in close-range fights, even when out of ammo, through its new knockback and dash.

    Napalm Grenade has also been improved so he can respond to nearby enemies even while aiming, thanks to the added backward movement.



Yuna

  • Jumping can now be used while casting “I’m Cleaning Up!”


  • Comment

    This was added for convenience.




Other Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where the second hit of Raki’s Furry Flurry would pull enemies in

  • Partially corrected the DOPE Rei emote icon

  • Improved the Flex Harder! effect on the CEO Monger skin for Warmonger

  • Partially improved the model for the Agent Akira skin

  • Partially corrected some of Lucy’s skill descriptions
