Quick-scope burst damage adjusted to 380 – 430.
Damage still scales with aim-charge time: holding the charge longer yields higher damage, but lowers the fire-rate, so ammunition is consumed more slowly. We have narrowed this damage range compared with the previous version.
Because Teo suffers a reload penalty, his peak burst DPS is set slightly above Rei’s.
Teo’s instantaneous burst was exceeding our intention for a sustained-damage dealer, so we realigned the numbers with the ranged-dealer balance table. We appreciate your understanding.
